THE ORIGIN OF THE METHOD
How many people do you know who say, ‘oh I used to take French evening classes’ or ‘I was really good at French at school but it's all gone now!' ? Equally, how many foreign learners come to the United Kingdom and learn 'average' English very quickly, before never QUITE mastering the language for business?
Having worked in the Anglo/French business world in telecommunication, IT, customer service training, and sales, I noticed the anxiety surrounding actual spoken French within the teams I used to lead, including post-graduate speakers, and the fact nobody corrected the mistakes of foreign English speakers.
I became aware of the opportunities for bilingual professionals who didn’t want to fall behind their European counterparts in speaking a foreign language.
I also noticed how the elements of ‘thinking in a foreign language and the focus on solid pronunciation were being missed out in favour of endless written exercises in a lot of teaching. People were signing up for courses that lasted YEARS, when they wanted to be speaking right away - and easily!
For those learning French I created a LOGICLEARNING - a series of logical memory tool-based classes to help you recall your French or English rapidly.
For example there is VERBMASTER, a phonetic memory tool which allows you to jump through all the tenses without the hideous school style conjugating or having to visualise the sentence. All the speaking tenses are covered straight away so you learn to combine them, as opposed to adding one a term. You see how they all link and feed into each other.
People create phrases and ‘read’ them in their minds, leaving their spoken and listening French slow and hard to formulate. The LOGICLANGUAGE method works on both those who are new to French and those who find the French they have clunky and of little use in fast speaking or listening situations.
Likewise, English language learners sharpen up their grammar and tenses with the ENGLISH VERBMASTER tool class. A one-off class which teaches shortcut techniques to stopping those constant mistakes.
Alternatively, try the BUSINESS ENGLISH MASTER. A short intensive program which teaches the different registers required for professional and formal language to turn your spoken English into PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH!
